I have a new contract to broker a highly brandable and immediately monetizable domain, Chocolat(.)com.

The domain is french for chocolate, a typo of chocolate.com and is considered the gourmet version of the word, there has even been a recent movie by the name.

The owners are the original owners .

Domain Created Date: 1996-03-04
Domain Age: 15 years (HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHOCOLAT!COM)
Overall Site Ranking: 441,541
Compete.com Unique Monthly Visitor Estimate: 3,158
PageRank: 5
Alexa Ranking: 1,035,678
Google Inlinks: 0
Google Pages: 739
Y! Inlinks: 2,185
Y! Pages: 1,945

The owners are an elderly couple that are looking to get out of the business due to health reasons. They can show about 200k a year gross from the web store which is included, but they don't have a very good profit margin. As a comparison, Chocolate.com is itself a web business that was doing about 2 million a year in 2007
according to this article http://chocolate.gd/w/w102/c/chocolate_gd/main_html/domain.html and this domain has it beat in age and page rank . A savvy business man could probably make this website into a profitable business very quickly.
