What's so unique about this domain?!

Nœl.com is an IDN, punnycode is xn--nl-esa.com

But, the best part of this domain is this: for GOOGLE "œ" = "oe"!

Just do a search on Google for "Nœl" and compare with a search for "Noel".

What this means is that you would have everything Noel.com has, except the type-ins. Don't believe me? I still could not believed when this happend to me and I have the example to prove it: Go to Google and type "encyclopaedia.org". My domain, "encyclopædia.org" is the first one to show up! YOU COULD DO THE SAME WITH Nœl.com!

This means unique SEO value!

You can easily reach top position for people searching for "noel" on Google.com: think how much can that be worth!!!!

With proper development, this could be turned into pure gold!

HOW CAN THIS BE POSSIBLE?

This is the correct spelling (but archaic), it is called a "ligature".
Check wikipedia on this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Typographical_ligature

Note: Isræl.com is currently being auctioned on IDNF and current bid is $500

Don't let Nœl.com go for $10 (current bid)

Would be nice to see IDN in your title. Both here and eBay ;)

ebay auctions and sales like this give us a bad name in this industry

Misleading, put the IDN in the title here since that is the domain you are selling, so we don't waste our time clicking into this thread.

Added. Absolutely everything is explained. Including the fact there is no guarantee this domain will work forever. Domains with these chars might not make it for the new IDN rules, but if they do and Google keeps treating them as equals to ascii, they are pure Gold from a SEO perspective. As much things in live, it's a risk/rewark decision.

Thanks for your opinions.

6 hours to go, current bid $10

1 hour left, current bid $15,50
