with the amount of phentermine, cialis, viagra, xanax, etc etc etc shit i see floating about on the net, i don't think anyone's been taking much action against peopleusing the trademark in their domains. i'm pretty sure the pharm companies are just happy you're selling their chems...

i'm sure there's a ton of buyers out there for pharm domains, i just don't know what people are paying for this sort of thing these days...

Right...

There have been 67 WIPO cases brought by Eli Lilly involving many more domain names that contain their Cialis TM (http://www.wipo.int/cgi-bin/domains/search/DomainSearch?lang=en&domain=cialis). I am sure there are countless others they got back through C&D letters. There have probably been lawsuits also, as no drug company is comfortable allowing individuals like yourself owning names with their trademark.
