As far as setting up a cigarette site - you have t be careful. I am currently working with a client who sells discount cigarettes on the internet. The stuff you have to do is pretty incredible. There a TON of laws and taxes. But, they do about $100k - $200k per month in sales. Their website sucks terribly, but they advertise in several major metro newspapers.
