I have a large portfolio of this niche. To me it is worth $50, if you find the right end-user possibly $1500+/- that wants to develop this into a e commerce site.

Agree with fellow tldrental. However, end-user sales are hard, so it looks more like 50 than 1500. Personally I have sold domains of this appeal at either $60 or $1000, depending on the crowd's interest. In an auction, you just need 2-3 people with decent interest for prices to skyrocket.
