What for? The Cisco kid, and his sidekick Pancho, did a great TV show.

There are bound to be some behind the set stories :)

If it looks like infringement, if walks like infringement, if it smells like infringement.....

With a domain like that, they're surely anticipating you to start posting Top Secret Internal Cisco Memos.

Use the name in a non-infringing way, and you shouldn't have any problems.

OK

I guess you could sell fish. Otherwise, I would suggest you find a good attorney, CISCO will come after you. I had registered and resold "SAPWorldwide.com" and "SAPExperts.com" a few years ago, this caused me more problems than you could imagine, not only from SAP but also the guy I sold them to. If it is not generic in nature, stay away from it.

I had booked SAPwizard.com and SAPmaster.com because I was in touch with SAP to do a course with them. And they took me to court and I had a tough time though my intention was to study SAP and become a SAPmaster/SAPwizard . Names were for my own future use. My suggestion is simple - Do NOT violate a TM .

How are you going to avoid that, given that practically all the major generics have tms on them eg sex, let alone made up names or just simple initials.
