Sources have claimed that since RBS owns "Citizens", they are planning to do a north american name change to "RBS Citizens" or "RBS America" which has yet to be decided.
Im not looking for a whole lot, just a reasonable offer....

All similar domains are owned by the bank themselves. I believe they let this one slip by.
Once the name change takes effect in or before 2010, this domain could easily generate tons of type in traffic, and revenue.
