this domain make some sense. .org not fix much in this way , and I am not familiar with .org much. But I can still feel that reseller not pay much , so I recommend you better develope it.

Actually, I was thinking this domain would be suitable for a Government organization, which would of course prefer a .org. Every city has a "board" or council of some sort.

Regarding developing, I don't think this one calls for developing, especially since I am marketing it for Government organizations
