In a nutshell, EA installs, without the user's knowledge, SecuRom software which is labeled as an "anti-piracy" add-on but has also negatively affected other processes such as anti-virus and some peripherals.

My main concern is the limited ability to install the game. To see this, you need to open the game. They say you can return it for a full refund but no place will take back opened aoftware.
 
LOL now I know why Madden kept sayin "get the ripped version of Need For Speed Off your PC" - for the entire game!!!
