Hello,

Please appraise the following .INFO domains:

LatinSongs
Google avg. search for exact keywords = 4400/month
Phrase search on google.com = 156,000 results
Both latinsongs.com and .net are undeveloped.

ClassicSongs
Google avg. search for exact keywords = 14800/month
Phrase search on google.com = 1,230,000 results
Only classicsongs.net is undeveloped.

WebsiteAnalyzer
Google avg. search for exact keywords = 1900/month
Phrase search on google.com = 542,000 results
Average CPC = $7.79!!!
Both .com and .net versions are undeveloped.

VistaDownloads
Google avg. search for exact keywords = 5400/month
Phrase search on google.com = 59,500 results
Average CPC = $4.82!!!
Both .com and .net versions are undeveloped. Before some one says....this is not TM violation...because TM is "Windows Vista" and not just vista....plus there are a couple of good traffic websites using vista in their names for e.g. "bestvistadownloads.com"...and it also displays adsense.

Accounting-Courses

Phrase search on google.com = 234,000 results
Average CPC = $8.38!!!
Both .com and .net versions are developed.

hi,

Don't ask for appraisal here. Usually you will get discouraged unless your domain is .com and nice generic or dictionary name.

I think you have good names but you would not be able to sell them directly or get good appraisal. My suggestion to develop them. Throw a wordpress blog and put a database script of latin songs, cron jobs for auto update every few days like twice a week, submit to directories and social network and wait for 3 months. After 3 months throw in adsense, you will be surprized with results. Don't worry about google, yahoo provides good traffic enough for good ROI, if google pitches in it would be great but don't hope for it unless you have absolutely unique content.

You will easily cover your 99 cents fees + renewals. Only unfortunate part is the parked .com version would get some of your traffic without any hardwork...but your ROI would be tremendous as well.

After doing all of above at the end of 1 year if you still want to sell them you will get much better price just based on stats and revenue.

Good luck to you.

Thanks sids70. That's a nice idea about using cron jobs to do auto work. Haven't thought about it before.
