LasVegas.cleaning, that is.

Also managed to get LasVegas.partners the other evening as well. Very apt for dating, LGBT, or legal domain.

I like LasVegas.Cleaning for two reasons.

One of which is the branded example you provided. Tips and tricks on how to beat the casinos, and what do you know? There are a ton of monetizing options for that (Amazon for books, eBooks, rev share for online gambling, etc.) in addition to enabling 'Gambling' enabled on AdSense.

The second approach is well, house cleaning. It's a pretty big business for maids to come by and they charge a pretty penny. There are a lot of homes in the outer Las Vegas area that do get serviced, because they are rich. Doesn't just limit you to that either, pool cleaning as well.

Good luck.

Someone has been picking my mind...

Precisely what prompted me to snag this. What was once the foreclosure and bankrupt capital of the country, the housing market in Vegas is coming back. Thus, boom for cleaning businesses.

And, naturally, the tens of thousands of available hotel rooms and hundreds of hotels.

So residential and commercial property ventures is huge.

The housing market in Vegas has always been strong for the homes that only the rich and famous could afford, which still had maids during the crash.

Commercial cleaning hasn't crossed my mind either. It's more than likely a bigger industry as casino/hotel/resorts have a lot of square feet to clean.

I am a naysayer and non believer in the 10,000 new TLDs, but I really do like the lasvegas.cleaning one ... a minisite with a service-business directory on it... equals instant ROI on the reg fee! and then, end-user sale is a waiting game for the right money buyer.

Thanks and glad you see the practicality of such a name. Hard to beat an exact match geo (and Las Vegas is a premium for many of the new releases).

Nice. You're doing well with your Las Vegas names! I live in London which gives me priority registration for .london names...you're tempting me to have a dabble!

Had a quick look at london.services, it's reserved by the registry, yet you were able to register lasvegas.services . Why isn't that reserved?

London is reserved because of .london
Las Vegas is not reserved because the domain gTLD is .vegas.

Since Vegas is reserved, you won't (or should) be able to register any name with Vegas as the keyword.

Why the town Las Vegas is not reserved is beyond me.
