I just found that there is no more minimum 0,03 Euro per Click. I saw already 0,02 Euro per Click. Should we expect to see 0.01 Euro per Click?

Hard to say, as far as I remember they were saying around 6 months ago that the minimum is 0,03, but I could not find that information on their website anymore, because the FAQ system was modified.

but almost all of my clicks are now 0.03 euros

although I have many strong paying keywords

Probably that's because of geo-targetting and your sites receive non-US, non-EU traffic
