I think I best advice everyone that use paypal only to the ones you trust, or have traded before, or have a high itrader rating. Paypal does not cover domain dispute. If anyone chargeback though paypal, Paypal will never return the money. It says they will investigate 30 days, but the story is, no one in paypal will look at your dispute. Your dispute is automatically handled by the paypal sytem. Your money will be automatically stay the same in the receiver account, and you recieve a email template saying paypal has looked at your case and having the money in the receiver account is the best option, and yes, I definately know how you feel.

Anyway, how I can help you out is read my PM. I have the contacts for most of the popular registrar. They all know me.

Paypal are not interested in resolving disputes with domain names, I tried but got no where, thats why deal only with verified paypal users and people who have good trader history here. I wont deal with any un-verrified or 0 trader history.

enom in my case were also not interested in helping, once you push a name thats its!

I learnt the hard way :-( it is a shame but there are always con-men out there. I didnt get my name back, some day this guy will get caught!

Am I understanding this correctly?

1) A DNF member just paid for a domain then reversed payment after he got the domain and won't return the domain to the seller?

2) This same thief ripped off a different person in the past and DNF never banned him?

This sure builds my confidence in transacting business here.
