i bought this domain because i think block registry can be useful for some blockchain company ...so i am willing to know do these keywords make connection with each other?

Did you buy it from someone else? As a bitcoin user, I am not really sure in what sense you would need a registry for bitcoin. Maybe as a blockchain explorer? https://www.blockchain.com/explorer that one is an example of an explorer.
