Okay I know that most of you are thinking WHAT? Well closed heart surgery is a new innovative procedure that is done at just a few hospitals around the world. I get several hits a month on this from type in traffic. So what is its value?

A Nice tax break, if you give it to one of them hospitals for a tax slip if one is a none profit.

Other then that, most likely I would say reg fee. On the other hand, a tax slip could be worth alot. So I was not joking on that, get a high appaisal done and they would most likely give a TAX slip for that much. It's some thing to look into, if you could use a tax write off.
