I've been considering Club Drop but the fact that they catch only com and net is a big negative for me. A lot of great .orgs are dropping too. Namewinner doesn't get the orgs either so there isn't much of an alternative to Snap. As a result BuyDomains has been grabbing a truckload of good .orgs (just took one I had a Snap on in fact).

humm, as the entrance fee are extremely expensive
Have anyone got some premium name from them? (e.g. 2 letter. com, one word .com)?

It is what it is. You could easily run a higher bill at NameWinner for the same service, even though it "starts" lower priced. beatz noted something that makes me question how hard they try for the cheap bids though.
Don't know how they compare with SnapNames though.

Ha! are you kidding me!? I can't imagine enom beating snap and namewinner..as far as i know they have either beaten one of them..but to beat both of them and bd i dont think that will ever happen..I personally think that enom doesn't even know what to do if two people want the same name..

To loose a domain name to another service like if you have snap and you loose to buydomains thats one thing...but enom getting the name and giving it to another user is another..so thats another thing..i have been extremely pissed off at this and they have yet to reply to me about this...

The only way Enom can get on the same level as Snap and NW on grabbing names would be for them to coordinate with some of the other registrars that are not connected to Snap or NW.

If I recall correctly there are approx. 114 registrars. And, the list I posted earlier this week only had 62 names connected with a grabbing group.

http://www.dnforum.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=29129

And, if Enom does not put a group together someone else will.

Time will tell.

Those are all pretty horrible letter combos, except wge.net - and it went for $300 on NW! I wouldn't pay $25 for any of the others.

A few I've gotten:

offshore.com
seeds.com
motherboards.com

:D

Honestly I never signed up....

Sooner or later they will nab a decent one.

Who knows. Keep the reports coming though.

I agree with Duke. A bad 3-letter.net is not worth the time of day. I am not impressed.

Yes they are not the best, but this kind 3 letter .net -s are going $35-$50 in this forum, so If I pay $6,95 for one, then its a good investment :)

I will pay up to $25 for each 3 letters .NET.
For just $6.95, it's sure a good investment.
