Has Anyone Here Tried Using a Press Release Service to Sell Domain Names

After testing both press release site, both are overpriced press submission services. For sure there is a less expensive way.

I'm just saying for the prices they are charging for there service, it must be good. I had an experience with Contabo and after purchasing hosting and domain they send an email for an overpriced site submission service.

Yes the domain must have a background, correct.

Contabo charges +/- $100 for a simple url submission, i think is overpriced.

Anyone with simple knowledge of html and javascript and how post and get requests work can develop a app that send a domain or page to search engines for almost free. (I have my own tool for this purpose and is free and $5 for updates in case the url submission page become unavailable).

Hi

save money by purchasing higher quality domains that "speak for themselves"
then you won't need to buy PR

domaining is also a waiting game, so you need patience and confidence.

imo...
What do you mean domains that speak for themselves? Please provide 2 examples.

I thought any URL gets automatically scrolled by Google.

Here;s the Press Release I essentially used for both sites. You will have to Click it to view it. Yes, it was a waste of money. The object was to at least get a few domain sales. I got nothing. Each Press Release cost me around $115 each so I lost $230. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. No I won't do it again.
