There are few developed websites online related to content management systems, such as:

Most of the sites online nowadays use some type of content management system, and I think you can't loose if you develop this name into the site. What you need is time and technical expertise to review. No need to buy content management systems, most of the development companies will provide you a free license for testing, as long as you publish a review. I have experience building software review website, and my opinion based on facts. Companies sent me retail boxes only to get a review published on the site.
