One of our clients needs their company domain name which is reserved by the .co registry.
Could anyone highlight the procedure to get the name from .co registry.

thanks

I tried purchasing a reserved name but they said the names weren't for sale at the moment, but would be auctioned off at a later date

that I can understand for a generic name but what about a established brand name which the company did not pick up during the initial sunrise period.
What is the process for that..would anyone know?

Thanks
bdss

Use the UDRP process... GOing to have to file TM infringement. Hopefully they trademarked the name, if not then they need to plan better.
