Nestled in the southwest corner of Florida is a quiet little area. Across I-75 from Fort Lauderdale, far enough to not have the business of a bustling metropolis but south enough to still have great weather like Ft Lauderdale is Collier County, Florida.
In collier County we have Naples, FL (the county seat), Everglades City, and Marco island (a great vacation spot for many Floridians to get away from the non-Floridian tourists).
We also have the Big Cypress National Preserve, the Everglades National Park, the Florida Panther National Wildlife Refuge, and the Ten Thousand Islands National Wildlife Refuge.
Collier county is also a nicer area where many people stop on their way to the Florida Keys from northwest Florida and areas outward into the mainland USA (LA, TX, TN, MI etc..).
The county was founded in 1923 so they just had their 85th anniversary with a 90 year anniversary just 5 years away and a centennial only 15 years away there is great potential with this domain. Being a .org, the general populace will tend to take it as one of the more serious sites (next to .com that is, but higher than .info, .net, and .us). The .com is a developed site and the .net is parked.
The total population is roughly 250,000 (2000 census).

The domain will expire on Nov 8, 2009 (almost a full year). It is registered with "DomainsCostLess.ca" - an affiliate with NameScout (I should be able to transfer it to any Namescout account). The domain is <60 days so it can't go to a different registrar at this time.
I'm setting a BIN price at $350 -> $300 -> $250 -> $175 -> $125 -> $100 US but I'll consider lower (reasonable) offers.
