I have about 30 .com and .co.uk domains and I was wondering if they are worth anything.

I am developing the domains to rank for their keywords so I know tey would come in handy that way, but would they be worth anything before development, and how would I price them after development?

I plan to use the traffic to point to a holding page with an affiliate php redirect link, some I park, some I use for Adsense revenue.

.com Domains

cacharelperfume.com
calvinkleinpants.com
carolinaherreraperfume.com
chocolatefonduefountains.info
cliniqueperfumes.com
flyingalarmclocks.com
foxybingp.com (TM Typo?)
gorillapod.info
oorkut.net (TM Typo?)
paulsmithclothes.com
paulsmithwallets.com (ranking well)
paulsmithwatches.com
poemeperfume.com
ralphlaurenwallets.com (ranking well)
retrotelephone.com
shopp8ng.com (TM Typo?)

.co.uk Domains

badlypackedkebab.co.uk
beerdispensers.co.uk
bopit.co.uk
bttotal-broadband.co.uk
cometsuperstore
digitalframe.org.uk
ebaybargainhunter.co.uk
harrypotterwands.co.uk
hondamotorbikeinsurance.co.uk
ionusbturntable.co.uk
orlandobloomposters.co.uk
petplaninsuranceuk.co.uk
roboquad.co.uk
sharonsgalabingo.co.uk (Had offer of 130 USD via Sedo)
vodafonecontractmobile.co.uk
warcrafter.co.uk
warcrafting.co.uk
zenstoneplus.co.uk

I know quite a few would be deemed worthless, at least I think so, but do any stand out? Some are developed, some not, some listed and ranking in Google, some new and not yet ranked.

TIA
Terry

The problem is that a good deal of them have potential TM issues: cacharel, calvin klein etc. You cannot use TM names freely, or domain names consisting of TM keywords.
If you plan to run affiliate schemes on them this could spell trouble.

Clearly trademark issues. You don't wanna go that route. Trust me...

Oh dear, ah well, thank you for your honesty. I guess I'll be more careful in the future when I buy. I thought they was quite easy to get hold of.

Should I just let them expire or at least contact the companies in general to ask for permission? A few of these sites are ranking and yet I have heard nothing from their parent companies, but its early days yet.

I know Chocolate Fondue Fountains will be okay, there are dozens of generics in the SERP's right now, as with a few other domains.

I have a few good domain names, none TM, like cheapsecureloans.com, that is the way I should go or should I do more homework, i.e:- generic phrases or not (none TM of course)? This is with the intent to develop.

In the meantime I shall be reading a lot in these forums.

Thanks again
Terry
