We're selling a package consisting of :
- domain name com.be
- domain name co.be
- word trademarks 'com' and 'co', valid in Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxemburg until 2010 (renewal fee 260EUR for 10 years)

com.be receives on average 20.000 unique visitors per DAY from Brazil, due to the fact that the E is next to the R on the keyboard and com.br is a second level ccTLD in Brazil.

Revenue with Adsense ads for webhosting is $65/day. If targeting for Brazil is applied (or even better : per subdomain), this can become a lot higher.

Next to that, these domains are so-called second level ccTLDs, similar to 'com.br' and 'co.uk'.

The asking price is 50.000EUR, but we have a number of interested parties at this price currently testing and awaiting testing, so feel free to make a bid.

More information --> ask here if it's a general question or personal message

I can give access to stats from a campaign we ran last month. We gave an advertiser exclusive access to the domain, providing redirection for the advertiser to his site.
URL : http://www.adverteren.be/ads
Login : combe
Password : brazil
Then click on Next a couple of times

These are stats for com.be only.
co.be adds about 1500visits/month.

Now this is getting interesting. Looks like you sold .com.be to someone who grabs your traffic from subdomains that were purchased from the .com.be homepage for 1 year. This needs explaining, as I ordered several .com.be domains, paid for them, received invoices, etc. A contract has been established between your company and my company, so you cannot simply sell .com.be and my redirection just vanishes. Please follow up with me asap in order to avoid legal steps being taken against you.

Is anybody else experiencing the same problems?

PM has been sent to you as well to make sure you do not miss this thread!

Best Regards
Nico

We are still discussing the deal. Continuance of the current license period for the subdomains is one of the most important items for us.
All .com/.co.be subdomain users will receive news as soon as it's available.
Don't go threatening with lawsuits before decisions have been taken.

Thanks a lot for the clarifications. The only reason I thought a lawsuit might be coming is that currently all names seem to go to: http://test.domainersgroup.com/

which does not look right to me.

Looking forward to hear news about this soon and thanks a lot for the quick response.

Best Regards
Nico

Wim is working to get this resolved, thanks a lot!
