No idea what its worth but an interesting fact is that there are currently more .co.uk's registered that .net which may help to you to perform your own valuation. Below is the full run down of each TLD.

Another bit of information ... The highest sale of a .co.uk domain name that I am aware of was taste.co.uk to Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd. at ã110,000.00 (about $170,000) but this was about 2 years ago during the crazy crazy boom.
