I thought this would be a good name for a site, where you can find affiliate sites, that pay you a commission on sales for clickthru's.

Any other Idea's one way or another?

Thanks, Alan. Have a nice day!

TM infringement with e-Bay??? Just kidding. Looks really long, but could be workable, as a traffic host/pay-per-click/affiliate program. As far as current "re-sale value", though not $0 (as from your friend), I wouldn't give it a big ($) number. Good Luck.

anyone else's comments are appreciated.

$30 bucks? wow! really?

Be careful with eBay. They do hunt down and send cease and desist letters to domain owners where the last part of the domain is "bay". I received one such email from their legal department; got pissed at first but dropped the domain. My loss $8, better than a few $$$$ in lawsuits.

Commissionbay.com, will not be an auction site like ebay. It will be an affiliate site for pay per click. Unless I am competing with ebay, which I am not! I don't think I will be infringing on them what so ever. Let them send all the letters they want about dropping this name.

Long name but makes sense. If developed will also make $$$.
