So... It's earned about 20 dollars per month on average parked with Google Adsense for Domains.

The Gov site is ComptrollerOfTheCurrency.gov

Not totally sure how I'd want to develop it but curious of thoughts on value. I think it goes beyond the revenue I am getting with Google.

that seems amazing to get $20/month from that site. I can only say maybe 2x, tops 3x? Hard to imagine being able to do much development around it, what would you have for content? So, 500-750 seems about right given the cash flow.
