Dam....I was just convincing myself to end this regging addiction and you come up with 2 beauties. Now I'm back to the game.

Condo Hotels are becoming a big deal in resort areas like Florida and Las Vegas. The term is totally generic , so you need to target real estate brokers who cover many different areas. I would look for large companies that specialize in condo/hotel real estate sales.

It's amazing that there are still so many good words and combos out there.
