Thanks Mr. Deleted. The panelist claims not to understand why it took a while to sort out the history of the domain name. I would like to see the panelist try doing that under the kind of time pressure that is applied to these things. As you know, the name had been hi-jacked and passed around quite a bit.

Yes, I agree, it takes time to sort out these hijackings, and it messes up the whole process. When you contacted me at first I did not know what it was all about, but I remembered the name from the mall.com case, so I did some digging, and found the connection.

So who is this company "Fashiontv.com GmbH"? are they from the TV show, or are they another company? They apparently have FTV.com, which is a good name on it's own, but wanted FashionTV.com back again? Did I get that right?

An early Christmas gift for Dr. Berryhill and his client in this case. :-)

I noticed one panelist was "used" instead of the optional 3. No wonder he was
having a hard time. :-D
