The gambling companies will just move offshore. You already can't park casino domains easily, except at a few select parking co's (fabulous for example). They can't block access to overseas gambling sites though, so how will they stop it?

Meds, alcohol, cigarettes and other products are addictive and dangerous but they have not been banned, instead they are heavily taxed. Hypocrisy rules.

Online gambling companies are all registered overseas, because it's never been legal in the US. It's an old debate.

But yet, you can still bet on a horse or buy state lottery tickets online:

There is quite a fight brewing if the ISPs do block access to gambling websites.
