I know alot of people slag off sedo appraisals but in some of the paperwork they mentioned something about the construction industry not really being a web friendly industry. I personally have never researched this, but maybe it could be worth holding onto rather than selling.
If your getting traffic they can only be coming for one reason, and thats because they after constructors, so maybe a paid for constructor directory would be advisable????

I picked up Construct.us in the drop.. Thought it would go with Constructed.com. Although the construction industry isn't particularly web-friendly, most large companies have a web presence..
