Contacting a domain name owner ...??

My question is, how do I reach out to a domain name owner who has there information blocked on "Who is" ?

I have reached out through Privacyprotect.org and still have not received any kind of response from domain name owner.


I am really interested in purchasing this domain, but have not received any kind of response from the owner.

Any suggestions?
