Few days ago I tried to register with pool.com and inspite of many attempts could not do so. Sent an email more than 10 days ago. There is no response. Perhaps the customer service dept does not exist (after all they are in domain business) or someone is on a long vacation.

I contact them by email recently about a backorder that I did not order and got a response almost immediately.

Still no answers to my emails

and im not sure if there privacy policy includes giving info about peoples creditcards but a guy i sort of know pretended to be a business partner of mine and wanted to know why the domain wasnt in my possesion

he got a reply within 24 hours with the reason

im not sure i want to use pool anymore
they may be good at catching but i sure dont want my details given to anyone especially my creditcard details

It's alright, dot. I never get an answer from Pool too. They think we are all small fries not worth a couple of mins replying to. MONEY talks today is this corrupted drop game. Bring on the WLS NOW! and let Pool wallow in .org, .biz and .info!
