Content Management Systems

I am looking for a new content management system, something along the lines of:

http://www.phpcow.com
http://www.newsphp.com

Its simply to have a well ordered home page to display news, possibly via RSS, I was going to buy newsphp but I thought I would ask if anyone know of something similar.
