I forgot to mention, that this site has been aging since 2003, it has a fully developed Contractor/Subcontractor brokerage software that comes with it, and yes there is over 500 unique visitors a month coming to the site.

This site is a finished product, including a business plan, the layout/design/logo, a DB/PHP interface, etc..

I have not had time to do any heavy promoting. But I will take this site off of Sedo, and put it back on my webserver so that you can appraise the layout/design/logo/and PHP interface.

It's similar to www.onsiteprotech.com (php interface) except it has a building construction design.
