One of my most favorite sites GamesOffline.com is up for sale.
Averages 150 daily uniques, and $1.50/day. I feel the domain itself is top notch and has even way more potential than I am using it for. Everyone wants a domain with 'games' in it.
It corners Google for:

free games offline
free offline games
It is also starting to pull some Yahoo traffic for the same keywords. The domain is 6.5 years old, so it is well seasoned.
