It is a city very near me (40 miles). I don't have any specific use for it but I would offer $300 for it. I know that isn't what you are asking but it is a very specific name. Harrisonburg is sort of in a triad with Staunton and Waynesboro, so the name Shenandoah Valley is more the name that you would go with for a directory site. ShenandoahValley.COM, in fact, is already the areas main services, etc. directory site as of now.
