copyright help? lets say I have ladygaga.me should i be worried about copyright laws?

ignore the pepsi comment, thats almost obvious, i was just curious to see if say an artist could come back and try me, even though the tld is not in the US.
 
I'd be more concerned with TRADEMARK lars.
..and yes, you should be VERY worried.

i just under the assumption, that maybe they couldnt do anything cause it was a .me, damn too bad
 
but more to the point, the EXTENSION (.me, .com, .turd, .whatever) does not matter.
