Hello

If you buy say, templates, or websites which comes with the images, and down the road someone says you are not lic for this graphic and much be removed. I have removed it, but they want to sue for copyright infringement.

When you buy templates off of say templatemonster.com and not knowing that the graphics that come with the template and not lic for sale unaware to me, and you are notified by a company that it is copyright and must be removed, and we are sueing you for using it.

Can a company sue everyone who buys a copy of the template without them knowing the graphic was not lic for sale, or go after the company who is selling it.

Thanks
Silverfox
