undeveloped mid 3x to low 4 x

nice development root keyword in strong tld

you could land on page 1 for 'copyright attorney' but you definitely can rule GEO copyright attorney serp's

geo.copyrightattorney.org is gold mine

you do top 50 US cities and top english language international cities

when you get a page 1 pop in a major city

you contact the copyright attorney's in that market

you charge them 500 a month smaller market and 1K to 2K big market

so the income stream potential on this is HUGE

without development it has minimal value

but if you pop it with minor seo work and squeeze pages

bingo, gold mine

once you get monthly residual income flowing

then it is worth

36Xmonthlyincome (wholesale)
72Xmonthlyincome (book asset value)

so

mid 3x to low 4x undeveloped

subdomain development with paying end users, nice money maker and 36 or 72 times monthly income stream is how you value these type of keywords properly

a domain is only worth what a company will pay for it, or has value IF you can generate income from it, end user rental income is how you use these nice keyword assets

you get 12 or 20 lawfirms in major cities paying 500 to 2K a month for you to generate leads off of this for them and to use geo subdomains to pop maps and get breaks on ppc, you have a nice monthly income stream

great reg or buy

excellent phrase but TM or trademarkattorney(s)/lawyer(s) is a stronger term

but home run none the less IF you do a minor sub domain development project

congrats

Awkward name. Doesn't fit the .org. too well. I don't see the value. The dotcom is just a parked page from Buy Domains. This name looks like it was regged in 2003. If you have owned it for at least a year and have not had any unsolicited offers for it, then that means that it is likely that none of the tens of thousands of Attorney's in the United States thinks it is worth pursuing.

This name brings nothing to the party. It will bring zero traffic on it's own, so that means someone will have to turn it into a job. Names that can't possibly bring PPC and are very unlikely to be sold to an end-user are not the type of names that deserve an appraisal above zero. There is not an attorney in the world who has daydreamed about having this name. They all can do without it. So I don't understand why these names should have any value at all. No attorney will get more business by acquiring this name. If you want to waste precious hours of your life developing it then you will find out the hard way that the half-assed development that most people on this forum suggest is about the most inefficient way you can spend your time on earth. There are very few domainers who have made lots of money on the backs of worthless names. Most of the people who have done well seem to have good or great names. That is the way it is.

The insight it took to register or acquire this name will not land you in the domainer's Hall of Fame any time soon. You stated that this is a Great, Generic, Attorney name. It is not great if the only way it ever makes you a penny is if you trade hours of your life for some pie in the sky development that likely won't turn a profit. Make sure you add up those hours you spend on it when you calculate the results when you are done. Those hours add up and you will soon be way too far in the hole to dig out.

Prove me wrong with this name and I will quit posting for 6 months.
