Picked this one up in a drop back just before Halloween in 2002.

Never offered for sale before, and never looked at traffic either.

Have been contacted asking what I wanted for it and thought I should either sell it or develop it. xxxx or get off the pot as they say.

What's it worth or ideas for development?

Im not sure which would be worth more to the developer though, coroner or coroners.

I think you have a hit name everyone is that is milions and millions of people get

I'm surprised you haven't at least parked this one - I think you might have lost a few $$ by not doing so. Anyway it's a great name and cries out to turned into a directory. Could also be a study site for students wanting to get into the profession. $5k as it stands now.

I agree that it could easily be worth 5 figures to the right buyer. You could easily get 4 figures for it. I would definitely park it and see what kind of revenue it brings in while you are trying to sell it. If I was you I would have it appraised by Sedo and then list it for sale on the site, if you are looking to get the most money for the domain. It's a great dictionary term with an ample market that you should be able to pull a buyer from. I would look into visiting some coroner sites and contacting them to see if they have any interest in the domain or if they know somebody that would be.
