Could anyone reg a domain and 'push' it?

If i pay someone $8.95 via paypal, could they register a domain and push it to my account? i could do retail, but i don't have a CC handy

Yes I can do that for you, all you have to do is send paypal payment to [email protected] with the domain name to register and enom account.

For further reference you can do this yourself @ namecheap.com

they are an enom reseller but i'm not sure if you can push domains to enom accounts themselves

TIPS : you can refill using your paypal account if you're enom reseller.
