Could be a catcy name for a resource for houses or getting the current value of property or collectables. Maybe a user goes to an antique store and sees an old Ronald McDonald doll for $300. Then the user would check the current value on appraised.mobi and finds out that its only worth $10. Therefore, it saves users time and money.

man..I respect your opinion, but saying that if mobi is not gonna be popular this domain would worth $xxx to $xx.xxx thats just making more people reg domains that might not be worth anything in the future, I knwo you are in Japan where the view on things is very different, but you guys are on the extreme, whats hot today nobody wants tomorrow,...everybody is looking at the high sales, all started with flowers.mobi which was bought by the .mobi registrars best buddy, the guy that runs traffic, I doubt any money ever changed hands..smart move to lure in the suckers though...
