I submitted a support ticket in which a reply was sent back saying to e-mail [email protected] at which time I did. That was yesterday and have yet heard anything.

I sent payment for the ability to add a country flag to my profile. Payment was made via paypal on:

Well I think I have been patient enough. E-mails ignored, help desk tickets with no resolution and forums post days old with no replies.

im still waiting for my email to be answered too about my avator that i paid for and not workin, im sure they will sort it as soon as they can :)
