IF something can happen with the price of DSL, you may have some potential with the second one (big IF) ... the first one is $0.00 IMHO.

You may not know but here in Canada the price for DSL is quite reasonable (compare to USA) its $25 for the first 6 months and $35 per month after that (figures in Canadian dollars) . I find DSL in the states quite expensive.

As for the name $0
