Courtenay Avenue just announced as the most expensive residential area in the UK. Average property values of £6.8m ($13.4m).

I own CourtenayAvenue .com and CourtenayAvenue .co.uk

(I have the Ave versions as well ...)

US equivalents would be FifthAvenue.com, WoodlandDrive.com (currently in the top ten most expensive US residential streets ...).

Any ideas on value?
