Wanted: Service Coverting PSD Files To DST Format

I am looking for anyone who has the capability of converting PSD files to DST format, which is for embroidery. The guy down here is trying to jack me for this set-up and make it not worth my while for what it is needed for.

PSD files are raster whereas DST appear to be vectors. There is software that offers limited conversions as shareware - but not directly from PSD (for the above reason). One might need to 1) import the file into software such as Adobe Illustrator and export it as a vector and 2) import it to the final DST-handling software (Tajima) to be redrawn/converted & exported to the DST format.
