I am interested in selling, Eric - especially to you as I'm quite a big fan of you're sites and network (I visit digitalcompany.com about monthly, always impressed with your (now mostly sold) network.
More info:
Started as a real site in November 2004. Was called URGames.com (this domain cost me $400, was already a basic site with low traffic, but had logo) then. This domain would be included in any sales.
Also included in any sale is GamesForYourWebsite.com with about 2500 unique visits a day. This is games branded with Craziness.com (some with URGames if I couldn't find FLAs to update them, but all traffic goes to craziness.com from urgames.com). This is a very nice portfolio of flash games and brings in a reasonable amount of traffic (several thousand visits a day). More widely distributed would bring in more - this is how miniclip got its traffic.
Other sites included:
Games2Go.co.uk - launched in 2001. 500 visits a day + reasonable revenue (forgot exactly).
3BGames.co.uk - launched around 2003. Less than 100 visits a day. A bit of revenue.
Addicting-games.net - launched around 2004/5. Less than 100 visits a day. A bit of revenue. TLDs gone for this keyword domain.
Also included domains FlashGameContest.com FlashGamesContest.com FlashGameContests.com FlashGamesContests.com
Site backend was custom coded for going on for $10,000 - is very AJAXified. It can spread game file hosting over as many hosting accounts as you like (or just one) to share bandwidth costs and makes the site (the games, videos and animations bits) into html (cached) daily automatically. It can also add a set number of games automatically daily. Game icons were mostly (apart from miniclip ones) custom made to ensure high quality graphics.
I've had an offer of $100,000 back in 2006 (I think, might be 2005) from another game site owner that I turned down.
Eric and anyone else interested in buying - please contact me. To avoid spam I use an image to show these:

I'm happy to stay working on the site as part of any sale for a low number of hours per week if required, or to provide consultation. This would have to be for a set number of years if part of sale price or per hour if not. In this if you allocated money to me I could easily get the traffic up - the main reason the site hasn't expanded is almost all it's revenue is used to pay my rent, food, expenses. I'd like to sell mainly so I can start new sites and actually invest money into them (I've been wanting to do this with a books and a history site for years, haven't had money to do so, selling craziness would give me that).
