Here is the deal:
I got someone asking me by email about an adult domain I own.
I tell him a price, he counters... and we finally agree that he will buy 3 domains.
Then he emails me saying that he will not buy the domains.

After a few days he comes back and says he will buy the domains after all.
We start an escrow.com transaction and he pays by credit card.
We start the transfer of the domains and then after the 4th day of the transfer he says,
he doesn't want the domains after all. I cancel the transfers almost before the 5th day is over.

Then he emails me saying that he wants the domains after all!
I tell him that I canceled the transfers.
He says, ok. He doesn't want the domains!!!!

WTF????? I really don't know what to do with this guy. He is a member here.
He has emailed escrow.com and asked to cancel the transaction.
Escrow.com just emailed me asking me if I agree.
What do I do?

I had a guy back out of a deal two times for the same domain. I will refuse to sell to him should he come back for a third time. I don't care for games.

Multiple personality disorder?

:)

What do I reply to escrow?

Let him eat the fees; this way he'll make his mind up for good.

He'll eat them alright. I hope he gets his money back in a month.

Or he'll change his mind again :D

double the prie of the domains each time he comes back

Maybe he made his decision by flipping a coin... :) What do you do if he decide to buy again? LOL

You are too nice to deadbeat buyers. Amendment #11: THOU SHALL NOT BACK OUT OF A DEAL. Leave him negative trader rating.

Something in the air lately as mentioned in a previous post of mine about these damn deal breakers...deal breakers need to be banned, worst possible people to have on the forums.

Probably he live on the moon...

Its been a crazy month for me too...

The one that gets me most times is " I don't have the money now but I will have the funds in a month etc ) " Guess who cannot close a month later and wasted your time lol

I gave up even trying for a small $500 deposit, I just can't be bothered anymore.
No joke, I had names sold for $129k this last 30 days, no one was able to close for various reasons. I have lost my tough side and just let it slide as I cannot prove they didn't " fall on hard times " , it happens. sigh

It would be nicer to ride a wave that wasn't fulll of panicing domainers dropping values. That is the part that baffles me. Is it possible ALL these LLL .com seller HAVE TO SELL and for huge cuts ? I know there are exceptions to the rule but lately it has become ridiculous.

There is no better time to buy than right now...that is for sure

True, most good LLL owners are pretty much sticking to their guns but the growth atm is gone. $30k+ names cant get $20k+, $10k+ names are going for $7kish and down from their which is shocking me. I mean 3 years ago a crappy LLL was $4k-$5k.

I sold DAR.com and APU.com and NWO.com etc all well over a year ago for GOOD reseller money, they wouldnt touch that price today in the current market, the bleeding is imo self inflicted. We either have a ton of panicing people who believe it is the end of the world or alot of people who own LLL's and have debt issues

Either way yes a good time to buy across the board.
