My media means "Web media"
Of course I done surveillance every groups for Creative.com
Even thier history, subsidiary, registered TM category in Japan ...etc except Madrid conditions.
Before purchase, I have been cleared risk if I use this name in Japan.

This is go without saying.

But I intend use other domain name for my future company. That domain still in transaction. That domain also I need surveillance more.
Because famous company own similarity of marks. They just registered few month ago.
