Can anyone recommend some good credit card affliiate programs (good payout, good reporting, easily customizable templates) outside of cardoffers? I'm looking to branch out. Thanks,

Does icommissions provide templates? I use sunspotweb which is good for payment, but doesn't provide any template...
Can you point to some sites providing templates?
