I'm buying RIGHT NOW...the budget is BIG and up to around 5k or so PER traffic name...maybe more if it's worth it...will buy several domains this week and can pay with paypal masspay, escrow plus fee, etc. depending on the seller/ how many domains...My PM space is limited so please don't waste it.
